
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. In the event you are unhappy, we offer you 7 days of return/exchange policy with full refund on qualifying merchandise. You will need to inform us within 72 hours of delivery of the products.
Qualifying Merchandise: Only Standard Size/Stitched Outfits are qualified for exchange or refund(ONLY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES) within 7 days of receiving your order. We will issue 70% refund on Standard Size/Stitched Product Price less stitching, shipping and handling.
Jewelry And Accessories: No returns or exchange will be provided on any type of Jewelry and Accessories.
Customized Products: Merchandise with Custom Order, Custom Designed or Custom Measurement will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note, pre-stitched, ready pleated sarees are considered customized products, so are not eligible for returns or exchange.
Sale & Final Sale Items: All items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No refund will be issued.
Easy Exchanges: Love it but need a different size, color, or pattern? We’re happy to exchange as long as that item is still in stock and you pay for return shipping.
Eligibility Window: To qualify for a return you must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment and get the “Return Acceptance” confirmation email from us and ship the product(s) back within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF PRODUCT(S) IS DISPATCHED TO US AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE SHIPMENT, SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REPORT THE MATTER TO US AND DISPATCH THE PRODUCT(S) AT THE EARLIEST ONCE WE ACCEPT THE RETURN REQUEST. KINDLY NOT DISPATCH THE PRODUCT(S) BEFORE RECEIVING A “RETURN ACCEPTED” CONFIRMATION EMAIL FORM US, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTERTAIN SUCH REQUESTS.
Refunds will be issued or exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
Returns are only permissible after confirmation via email from our team. If the customer fails to attempt to communicate, to get approved and deliver to us within stipulated time, we are not liable to accept the product as return.
The exchange and full refund policy is exclusive of any shipping cost paid by you. Return shipping will be borne by the customer. In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the eligible refund.
The refund amount will be issued after deducting all discounts, offers, coupon, rewards, promotion, shipping, custom and duties.
Packaging Requirements: Only items in their original state – NEW, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED with ORIGINAL PACKAGE- will be accepted for return or exchange.
Products that have been tampered with such as used, altered, washed, stained, or those with any kind of body odors, perfume scents etc. will not be accepted for exchange or return.
All return shipments must be sent by the customer via a trackable shipping services. We do not accept return shipments via ordinary post or postage service that do not provide online tracking to doorstep.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
If a product(s) is damaged or defective in any way, please contact us at [email protected] within 24-48 hours of receipt of your products.
We will repair the fault if possible. In the event that we are unable to repair it, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault, then we will refund you the money.
Please send a photograph of the faults, this will prevent any possible delays in the returns process. Upon receiving the defective product, we will then need to approve the claim. You will be informed of the situation and a new product along with compensation return-shipping costs will be sent to you.
Alternatively, if no other option is available to us, we will refund you the price of the product, including any return/shipping costs.
How to Make Your Return or Exchange:?
Step 1: If you’re not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service within 72 hours of receipt of your order.
Step 2: If you want to exchange, it’s easy! Just inform us of the item and size which you want to exchange for. If you return for refund, our Accounts Department will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
Step 3: Pack it up. Place your item(s) (in unworn condition) and invoice in a securely sealed shipping package.
Step 4: Send it off. Affix shipping label to your package (making sure there are no other shipping labels or barcodes on it). Jot down the tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Please allow 10 to 15 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center. We’ll email you once we process your return or exchange.
Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged package and any lost or damaged goods will not be eligible for the refund.

Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel an order completely or partially within 48 hours of order placed.
• 15% administration fee will be deducted for any orders cancelled after 48 hours of order placed.
• Any custom made outfits cancelled after receiving samples, 10% of total order value will be deducted and rest will be refunded.
What if I cancel after 48 hours of ordering?
You have two options.
1) 15% administrative fee will be deducted for immediate refund.
2) Full refund in the form of store credit. This credit is redeemable on our Website within a stipulated period from time of issuance.
In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?
Kindly be informed that any product purchased from our ‘Sale’ Section will not be returned under the Returns Policy except if it’s an error on our behalf relating to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item has been shipped out to you by mistake.
We also do not accept returns in following cases
- If you do not inform us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment and get a return authorization confirmation from our team.
- If the product(s) is not dispatched within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- If you do not report the defective products within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
- Customized products.
- Jewelry.
If you do choose to return the product for any reason apart from an inadvertent mistake from our side.
Amend your Order
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.
Color and Description Discrepancy
The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. Kushara Collections believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.
Embellishment related Issues
Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
